As a representative enterprise in the field of intelligent manufacturing in Hangzhou, Zhang Zhigang shared his understanding of the 10 years of changes in the development of advanced manufacturing in Hangzhou from the perspective of enterprise development.

In terms of talent introduction, Hangzhou's attraction to overseas returnees is also different from the past. In 2016, the influx of overseas talents in Hangzhou reached 25,000, surpassing Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen and ranking first among mainland Chinese cities. In this regard, Zhang Zhigang also expressed deep feelings, "Before, overseas returnees can be said to be very scarce talents. But now, as long as the company is strong enough, overseas returnees will naturally be attracted. Gaopin now has a large number of overseas returnees."
Regarding the future development of advanced manufacturing in Hangzhou, Zhang Zhigang of Gaopin believes that "Hangzhou is a city with a very business atmosphere, and with unique industry and talent advantages, intelligent manufacturing and advanced manufacturing still have a lot of room for development."
