1. Non-standard automation equipment solution design, project planning, component selection;

2. Cooperate with business personnel to formulate project technical solutions;

3. Responsible for preparing pre-sales project technical solution materials;

4. Complete project risk assessment and provide reasonable cost estimation based on the solution;

5. Communicate with customers on project proposals and technical issue resolutions;

6. Provide 2D or 3D design solutions according to customer requirements;

7. Act as the technical coordination and contact point for pre-sales projects within the company and with external clients;

8. Provide technical support for pre-sales projects from obtaining customer requirements to securing customer orders;

9. Coordinate with the implementation department to continuously improve the rationality of project proposals and the accuracy of cost estimation.

1. Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Mechanical Automation, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Design;

2. Over three years of experience in non-standard equipment design;

3. Strong planning, communication, and execution skills;

4. Ability to design and plan non-standard automation projects as a whole;

5. Familiarity with common processes and mainstream configurations in the automotive parts industry for non-standard automation;

6. Understanding of non-standard equipment process capabilities (such as utilization rate, equipment capacity, etc.);

7. Able to independently complete lean production line planning;

8. Familiarity with European and American equipment safety standards and industry ergonomic standards;

9. Proficiency in 3D modeling software, CAD, and related office software;

10. Willingness to travel occasionally;

11. Proficiency in English as a working language.
